And silly me. I've only been drinking the stuff!!!
I'm thinking if I took this about 2 years ago I would definitely be Carrie, but this seems like me now... lol.
Today is my Twenty Second birthday. Writing that out seems very odd to me... I mean, seriously, this is NOT where I thought I would be by the time I was 22. I thought I would be married and maybe even starting a family. I'm not unhappy with where I am, now... but it's just VERY different from where I thought I would be.
Yesterday started the birthday celebration, Brian and I had dinner over at my dad's house. It was nice. He grilled some steaks and we had some great family time. My sister also was there with my nephew Thomas. He was so darn cute, he's in the "laughing stage" ... he'll be two in august and he is just full of laughter. it's just so freakin cuuuute! He'll laugh after we all laugh...which only makes us laugh more... then he'll laugh more and we will and then so on and so on.
To say the least we had a really delightful at dinner. I love my family, as crazy as they can be sometimes, it's really nice to know that I always have a support system to depend on.Tonight Brian is taking me out to dinner with my friends Marc and Whitney. We're going to my favorite mexican restaurant Posados! I can't wait to get some tequila in me! I looooooove me some tequila! You have no idea how much! lol. Before we go out to dinner we're going to make a stop and visit the puppies at the pet store. It's something i like to do to get my "puppy fix" ... but It's also something I like to do cause I feel so bad for all the puppies stuck in such a horrible place. I wish I could take them all out of that horrible place. But... yea so we're going to do that before dinner! I got some money from my dad and step-mom for my birthday and my mom also gave me some money. And im not sure what brian got me for my birthday. but I can tell you what i got myself for my birthday! With some of my tax money and some money from my mother I got my digital camera finally!!!! i am so excited about it! i loooooove it. I've had it since the end if last month, but I just really haven't had time to write about anything at all. But yes, I got a Canon sd-40 and it is absolutely amazing! So small, compact, very cute and very fun. it's just what i wanted. I am VERY happy with my decision to purchase it! Anyways. more on all the birthday stuff later!
yay for birthdays!
